Job Description:

  • Set up plan and strategy in increase sales volume
  • Create & manage dealers Phnom Penh & Provinces
  • Monitor market conditions, competition’s activities and update sales progress on a regular basics.
  • Lead, organize, setting plan, control, and improving sales team to get high performance.
  • Promote product awareness and share product knowledge with customers and potential customers
  • Create strongly connection with customers
  • Develop and grow customer portfolio within the assigned areas
  • Be responsible for delivering business results
  • Assist management to complete company’s operational planning
  • Participate the development of company’s long-term strategy
  • Others task assigned by Superiors.


  • BBA/MBA in Sales & Marketing/Business Administration or relevant fields.
  • Must have experience at least 8 years in sales & marketing field
  • Experience in marketing planning and product planning
  • Plan promotion activities and make arrangement accordingly
  • Experience in sales manager with product like: construction materials, FMCG, Supply Chain,
  • Good command in English
  • Able to develop and increase new product to the market
  • Strongly in communication skill
  • Have skill to build team to be strongly
